ServerOrigin Communications would like to thank each of our ethProxy customer for a wonderful 2009. It's now February and it seems like time is just flying by! We've made so many improvements in the ethProxy service in the last month that's it simply unbelievable!
Our custom failover solution is a hit and we're averaging less than 12 minutes of downtime for an entire datacenter failure! Customers can now have the peace of mind that even with a catastrophic failure (that we hope to never experience) your service will remain above 99.99% availability. We have opened up our phone lines and acquired two new office spaces, one headquartered in Oxford, MS and the other in New York City. This will provide regional failover of customer support, escalations, etc. We're working hard to get additional support staff added to keep up with the rate of growth and thus far, I can proudly say that even with rapid growth, our average response time is under 10 minutes!!!
